Matfer Bourgeat Carbon Steel 12.5" Fry Pan

This 14" Carbon Steel Fry Pan from Matfer Bourgeat is built to last. Featuring an extra large and shallow cooking surface, it is specially designed to give you plenty of room to fry, brown and sear food while evenly distributing heat. The high-quality, extra-strong steel strip handle ensures it is safely secured to the pan with a riveted attachment.

Please note that this pan requires initial seasoning and maintenance. Carbon Steel pans are NOT dishwasher safe. When seasoned properly, carbon steel has a non-stick surface and a prolonged life.

Induction, gas, electric, ceramic, halogen, BBQ, oven and broiler compatible up to 900ºF/480ºC.

Carbon Steel pans are NOT dishwasher safe.

To clean, wipe with paper towel or rinse under hot water. Do not use dish soap and do not allow pan to air dry. Dry thoroughly by briefly placing on hot burner and re-grease lightly.
